Guest guest
Caren, Try molybdenum. I started taking this twice a day, 250 mcg tablets one in the morning and one at night, and I hardly notice my brain fog anymore! I am not sure if it is this or some of the other herbs I am taking, but from what I have read on the candida group, this may be something we are lacking. I am really happy that I have started this, as this is the first time in about 3 years that I don't really notice the brain fog daily. Molybdenum is also very cheap--under $5 for a bottle that will last more than a month. Try it and let us know how you feel. You may want to give the IV's a break and see how you react without them to know if they are making a big difference or not.
