Guest guest
It guess its just the ebb and flow of arthritis ~I waited so long to mention that Belle was in remission , I felt almost " guilty " that my daughter felt so well while others are having such a bad time of it. It seems as thought Belle is slipping back into the cycle once again. She has been showing signs that maybe things weren't going as well as they once had , and yesterday she started to wear her hand/arm splints to school again. This morning she asked to me write a note to her music teacher explaining that today was a bad day because she wasn't sure she'd be able to play her clarinet. Ugg, and so it begins again …
Guest guest
Its frustrating isn't it, when there has been a remission of sorts and then you see the telltale signs of the return of a flare. I hope that Belles will be short-lived and that she will be better soon. Guest guest
Teri, Sorry to hear about Belle. I am walking behind you on this one. As has been doing good since 2 weeks after the Conference. As I say this Disease is like being on a Roller Coaster. Getting on a Roller Coaster blind folded. You never know when that turn will get you or when that ride up that long hill will drop. We just know to hold on Tight. Go with the flow and hope for the best. Have Faith, Hope and Love sweetie. Just when I thought was doing good for 3 months and she was out of the woods dang if it came back. I have gotten use to some of this Disease. But I tell you it's like a ball game also. Dang thing's come out of Left field without notice. Just when you think the same meds will work dang if it ain't a strike and you have to go for another combo. You wait til there's a home run and run with the Combo hoping to make it over Home plate til another flare up. I hope you under stand that concept lololol. Guest guest
I am so sorry..... I was there in springtime. And when I finally shared the word remission on this board, it was less than two weeks until Caitlin tanked completely and we were back on the roller coaster. I hope that Belle will settle out soon and the pain will once again subside. The stress of a new school year can be a definite trigger....I am so sorry. Best hopes your way....
