I will not go into the whole saga of Mr.Dave but almost 6 months ago Dr.Lovell wanted full control of Arthur again. Three months ago Vanderbilt couldn't find anything active but noticed while getting on the table his lft wrist was protected and not fully extended.On exam it was fine. Since then we have noticed 70 yr old man walks at 5am and his rt ankle turned in or out.No complaints of pain but just know something has been up.It seamed to be a temp thing with the exception of full ROM of his lft wrist.Came as quickly as it went. Go back to Cinci on 9/11. will not be happy but it's time to go back to MTX shots.His body just doesn't absorb the oral consistantly. Lovell has refused so far to up the Enbrel,even though has outgrown the dose of .4mg per kilo over a yr ago.He swears by the fact that the FDA chose ..4mg per kilo duiring the trials and as far as they know .2mg per kilo will work as well. I know for a fact that in the adult trials the arm that did 25mg 2x a week was far superior then 25mg 1x a week. Update when I know more.
