Guest guest
Helen: I'm glad he had a great first day! Hannah too had a good one. My first thought about a specialist would be an endocrinologist. I don't know for sure, but that was the first thing I thought of. Let us know. hburger64 <hburger64@...> wrote: I am so happy the kids are back in school.... I can actually sleep now during the day. What a treat!! Nick did awesome and had a great day. He has a male teacher and this is his 1st ever class. I hope he works well with , I met him last week and went over Nicks JRA. Hopefully he will be responsive and helpful. Nick deserves a decent school year thats for sure!!!. Instead of school lunches I am packing Nicks lunch, I want to make sure hes eatting and at least this way I can see what and how much has gone each day. I am really keeping a close eye on what hes eating and hoping we can get to the bottom of why hes not gaining weight or growing. I am keeping a food diary so I have some info on hand when we meet with any doctors. Anyone have any idea what kind of specialist you would see if they are looking into food absorbtion issues like celiacs???? I am sure his ped would not handle that, but would rather just give us a referral. hugs Helen and (9,systemic) Beth Yohnk Happy Thoughts..Be Well
