Guest guest
Jaye has her appointment on Friday the 11th with her neurologist. This is going to be a extreamly busy and exciting day for all of us. We will start the day with only 5 hours of sleep since they want sleep deprived for the EEG. Of course that means mom gets to be sleep deprived as well. We have the EEG at 8:30 a.m. and then see the doctor at 10:30 a.m. I love it that we always get the results the same day from him. has been off of her seizure med's for several months and so we are praying that everything will be normal on the EEG. has lost about 20 lbs since going off her her med's and so she does not want to go back on them at all. I think she would have lost more weight if she had not also grown about an inch in that month. She is so happy and energetic since going off the depakote and keppra. Please remember to pray for Jaye, she will be crushed if there is abnormal activity and she has to go back on some medication. A few weeks ago she also decided to quit taking her arthritis med's. It is a struggle to know how hard to fight her on this when she is feeling so much better and is so much more the little girl I used to have. I will let you all know how her appointment goes on Friday. After we get done with the neurologist appt.s we get to come back home and we are scheduled to sign papers on the sale of our house at 2 p.m. And then we move right into the closing on our new house at 3 p.m. We get to start moving immediatly and so will try to move everything out Friday evening and Saturday. I want to clean this house on Sunday afternoon and then have to give the keys to the new owner on Monday morning. So we will be very busy. We have lived here in this house for 14 years and I did not know I had so much junk. I keep thinking I should be about done packing and then I find more, uuugggghhhh.
