's Rheumy used the R word at visit

Hi all,

I am little scared about getting excited but 's Rheumy said she

feels he is in a drug free remision. Wow! Are we actually in for a

calm period of this roller coaster? Please keep you fingers crossed.

The doc did say that there is permanant damage to both knees and that

he will continue to have pain due to this damage but that there is NO

active disease. She and I are in agreement that getting all of his

other medical issues under control and him sticking to his special

diet are major contributing factors to the remission. I will just

pray that it continues.
