Someone who I know who also had really bad brain fog has been taking

something called nadh and says her brain fog is gone. Do you take

this? Do you know anything about it? I am becoming very skeptical of

all these vitamins and supplements since I don't see much difference

with them or with out them. The only thing that has helped me are

prescription drugs. I am so tired of spending money on stuff that

doesn't work and taking all these vitamins everyday is tiring as well

but this one has me curious. Can you also tell me if you honestly see

any improvement when you take these supplemens?

Thanks Patty

e just posted something recently about the NADH. I have not seen this

supplement advertised, or taken it. I'll have to review the message again

to see what's up.

e also wrote about what a difference adding supplements has made to

her--she sounded very pleased with the results.

I definitely notice improvements with supplements. (The B12 shot made an

astounding difference in how I felt--I am still mad at myself for not

realizing it sooner.) I do not ever think that I will be able to go without

them. However, I do like to take breaks now and then. I personally would

love to just chuck every bottle I have and never take another pill in my

life. But I know that I probably won't be able to do that, unless I start

eating like a gorilla and graze all day on raw foods from sunrise to sunset.

I think we have enough free radical damage and altered chemistry going on in

our bodies, that we must have these nutrients and enzymes to keep the

degeneration of our bodies under control. From here on out, I think we are

engaged in damage control, or things will continue to go downhill.

Hi ,

My daughter, Arden, who is 'one of us', as well as a Women's Healthcare Nurse Practitioner, has always stressed to me that it normally takes at least 6-8 weeks for any Rx drugs and/or alternative medications to have any significant effect on our illnesses. Since she knows how impatient I can be, she has reminded me of this with each new medication I have tried. She's equally impatient about these matters, so we continue to remind each other! This has proven true about 90% of the time, so I just go through the motions of taking some "stuff" for at least 8-weeks before I make a decision about whether something is helping or not!

Hope this is somewhat helpful information. I wish Arden had time to post all the things she knows about our illnesses, however, she is a single parent with a serious career, which she is totally dedicated to. If she has a patient who is really nervous about explant surgery, Arden takes her personal time to go scrub for surgery for that patient as long as her patient is using one of our preferred explant PSs, who welcome her into their operating rooms.

Blessings,

MM / NSIF
