cystic fibrosis. Basically the CF had worn him down so that his body

So sorry to hear such sad news...I will be praying for 's family

as well as during these days of both celebration of 's life

Thanks for the prayers. is doing ok; this was not totally unexpected and

we knew he was slipping the past few weeks, although we had all hoped for more

time. I have found myself tearing up at the most unexpected times, which has

been tough here at work. I am amazed by how I am taking it. I think for it

will hit home today at the wake. He will see friends he hasn't seen in quite

awhile and I think it will be hard to let another one go. He did have a good day

for his birthday yesterday and I think that helped too. He spent the day with my

parents and his girlfriend and then came home and we had a favorite meal of his

and cupcakes, like we always do for birthdays. I believe because we have had

some time to get used to being sick, the grieving has been going on for a

few weeks. Thanks to everyone for keeping the family in your prayers - they are

really appreciated. Thanks for all the birthday wishes too - I will send those

right along to Michele
