Just got this from the Arthritis Foundation!

Arthritis Walk 2007 Calendar Contest

The Arthritis Walk National Volunteer Committee and Staff Team are very excited

to announce the beginning of our Arthritis Walk 2007 calendar art contest. As

many of you are aware, each year we hold an art contest and ask kids with

arthritis to draw a picture for a chance to be in the Arthritis Walk calendar.

After we receive all submissions, a panel of volunteers will choose a winning

picture for the cover of the calendar as well as pictures for each month of the

calendar. Winners of the contest will be announced at the AJAO conference in

Atlanta this summer and calendars will be available for purchase at this time.

Details for this year's calendar art contest are as follows:

Theme: " Walking to Teach Everyone Arthritis Matters "

Size: 8 ½ " x 11 " paper (standard sheet of paper)

Who: Any child with arthritis may enter

Deadline: All entries must be postmarked by May 1, 2006 and sent to the

national office to my attention.

For your convenience, a flyer is attached that contains all of the details of

the contest. Please feel free to pass this along to all of the kids you know in

your chapter!

As always, please let me know if you have any questions.
