Guest guest
, Go to the AF website~~ www.arthritis.org <http://www.arthritis.org/> ~~ and click on the Advocacy tab. Once on the advocacy page, click on " Advocacy Summit and Kids' Summit " . On the next page click on " Download your registration packet now. " All the info is there, including schedule, cost, etc. The registration deadline is tomorrow. If you can't attend this year you can still be involved by contacting your legislators. There's all kinds of info in the advocacy section. Guest guest
I have been to the Summit a few times and highly recommend it. I, unfortunately, will not be in attendance this year. As much as I would love to be there and feel a need to be there as congress has changed significantly, including my own congessman, I just don't see it happening. The AF has helped me attend in the past therefore I am not eligible for scholarship but as usual I will work on a local level and encourage all to do the same! Together we can make a difference!! Guest guest
What is the Advocacy Summit and when is it. Last year when I remember reading something about this, we were still in the stage of getting things under control and trying to figure out what JRA was. So I remember very little about this. Veri & Jaye 12 poly advocacy summit Is anyone planning on attending? We went last year and it was an incredible experience. I would highly recommend it. We are still debating whether or not to go back this year. It will just be harder for Faryn to miss school now that she is in high school.
