You might want to do a search on Zonegran side effects and see if you can do anything to address them, such as supplements to make up for any nurtients depleted by the medication. Your pharmacist should have this information or be able to look it up for you. Are your keto doctors giving you and your daughter any help in developing a diet for her to maintain as she weans off the keto diet? There was at least on nutritionist on one of the Atkins4Seizures support group. atkins4seizures/ There are a lot of nice folks there so maybe they will have some ideas and support for you too. Over all the years she suffered, was she evaluated for celiac disease? I don't have it, but am gluten intolerant and getting the gluten out of my diet did make a very big improvement in my seizure frequency.
