The B Complex vitamins and trace minerals Magnesium and Calcium have worked

for me and there is some limited number of studies highlighting B6 and

Magnesium, but I found that the complex is needed. A good technical review of

this

data is presented by Dr.Alan Gaby,MD one of the best known and widely

publshed alternative doctors.

I am currently just taking extra B6,for amino acid metabolism, and

bioavailabilty, but I am learning the whole B complex has remarkable

benefits for the brain. In both seizure disorders,AIDS,and autoimmune

diseases, neurodegeneration can be a big problem.I had gone through a

terrible period of it,that lasted almost two years, and it was the

aminos, and a postinfection autoimmune brain realignment that finally

cleared it up.

That said,I toss this out,in case anybody has to deal with this in the

future.
