I was just wondering what ways you all cope with the tiredness. Do any

of you have this feeling that I have? I feel like I am too tired to

breathe. I get short of breath so easy. I sleep all night but by the

time I get a shower every morning, I am exhausted and feel like I need

to go back to bed. I can't even walk to the mailbox and back without

feeling like I am going to faint. I also stay so dizzy all the time. I

thank God everyday for blessing me with my children because they help

me so much. They are all teenagers and I could not do it without them.

Many days I cannot even cook them supper. We have a lot of sandwiches

or take out or what I call bring home. I am sooo tired. I so want to

get out and live life and not be stuck at home so much. I am so tired

of fighting this. What used to be a once in a while thing is now an

every day battle. It is like I have gotten to the point where I never

stop flaring. I have been to the doctor several times but nothing seems

to work. How do ya'll cope? Do any of you have this everyday

discomfort? Is dizziness an everyday factor for any of you? What meds

do you take that help? What about alternative medicines?? I thought

about going to the Mayo clinic? Anyone ever been there? Any advice is

greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks, Tammy in MS
