If you go to http://www.herbsfirst.com/ailments.html

click on the herbal legacy and find your ailment and it will suggest herbs you

may be looking for and read his stories.

Hiya ,

the only book that I strongly recommend is Prescriptions To Nutritional

Healing , by & Phyllis Balch.

it is an A-Z reference book to Drug Free Remedies , using Vitamins, Minerals,

Herbs & Food Suppliments!

It is chockful of information..and worth every penny!

love

hugs

&

blessings

Dee

" When Life Gives Ya Lemons...Make lemonade "

and if a friend has Vodka...
