Guest guest
Sludge is the " in between " stuff prior to getting gall stones. Actigall should take care of it. i had that problem for several months and finally took the actigall and stayed away from fried foods and was fine. becky in fl >From: aRobin@... >Reply- > >Subject: Re: Re: Sludge? >Date: Mon, 9 Dec 2002 19:26:16 EST > >Hi, > What is sludge? > > >

Guest guest
Lynda, Thanks for explaining. How would one know if they have sludge? What does it feel like?
Guest guest
Hey ; I am three years plus from my surgery, and I'm still passing gall " stars' " -- kind of like sludge, but hurts a bit. I don't want to have my gall bladder removed, because somewhere down the line if we have our gallbladders removed, we MAY have to have a bile duct surgery, and that's no fun. If this gets on the big board, will the sweet lady who spoke to me in our Orlando conference please email me? She was so sweet and understanding about my 2001 SP SPACE ODDESSY!!~ my husband of 20 years left me for a hooker, and is now living with one of his exes!! He has five, and went through all of them. I'm writing a screen play, and I haven't decided who is going to play me. I'm leaning towards Sarandon--How's everyone doing? I just went to visit my girlfriend in Tennessee and we had too much fun. Honestly, I don't have any idea what I would have done without Elsa G. She is an angel. Love, Rexanne, still Queen of Tampa
Guest guest
a they are talking about bile sludge. Sometimes when you are loosing fast, the bile will thicken. And maybe have slivers of gallstones. This is sludge and can be very uncomfortable. Taking the Actigall while we loose 10 pounds or more helps this from forming and causing gall stones any the gall bladder having to be removed.. Guest guest
Gall Stones (my understanding) is bile built up in your gallbladder (?) I think thats right. Anyway, its the bile that isn't built up all the way. (This is my understanding of what it is) Becky in Fl >From: aRobin@... >Reply- > >Subject: Re: Re: Sludge? >Date: Tue, 10 Dec 2002 14:41:09 EST > >What is " the in between stuff before gall stones " What are you guys >talking >about? Guest guest
>>>and sludge? >>>Highly doubtful. Hi Dave! Welcome to the group ) I'm curious about the above comment in your last post. I'm not quite sure I understand what you are trying to say. Are you saying that there is no such thing as sludge or maybe that it causes no symptoms/problems?
