Guest guest
The oregano that I am taking is called oregamax and it is actually just the powder form in capsules. I am taking the drops as well, you just mix them in juice or can take them straight, only 2 or 3 drops. It tastes really strong. I have the book that came with them and they are supposed to be great as an antibiotic, my sore throat is almost knocked out so who knows if that is why. I have been drinking allot of ginseng tea with honey too and that helps. I would love to try the B12 shots and will try to find someone locally who will give the script, but I am hoping I won't have to get any blood tests, I have had so many blood tests in the last 2 years I haven't even got a good vein left. It is getting pathetic. Guest guest
There are only a couple of essential oils that are OK to try on skin without dilution. Using essential oils internally, you never use them undiluted. You could try 1 or 2 drops in a cup of very warm salty water and use that as a rinse. You may also be sensitive to oregano. If it were me I’d try just the salt water rinses at least until the inflammation eases. Guest guest
, Oregano oil is extremely strong.. You should have diluted a few drops in some olive oil... not applied it direct.diana gia <babygirl.di@...> wrote: i have some mouth ulcers and also bleeding gums. i tried to put a couple of drops of the oregano oil directly on the sores and also under my tongue. it was horrible and unbearable. i had to spit it out and then drink some water. the next morning, i find my mouth and tongue are raw. what did i do wrong?
