Guest guest Posted March 8, 2001 Report Share Posted March 8, 2001 Hi...I had a mastectomy in Oct. 99 and had a saline implant put in. I've had nothing but pain from it....had it taken out yesterday. I know this must be hard for you, after having gone through cancer already, but stick with us--you'll learn how to strengthen your immune system, which is a concern for those who had cancer as well. First and foremost, eat lots of fruits and veggies! I know you all know that by now! And take flax seed supplements, either the seed, ground up (and added to applesauce or whatever suits your fancy), or a Tablespoon of the oil morning and evening, or take capsules.
