> I am relatively new to this group. I have been reading a lot on Bee's site,

so I can become more and more familiar with this whole program. I have had a

history of stomach issues, anxiety, geographic tongue, fatigue, and beginning to

have sore joints. I just got an endoscopy and they found that I have small

bleeding sores in my stomach as well as an extra amount of bile.

increase of bile...how would this be interpreted by Bee? Would I need extra

HCL?

on the program is it important to do mostly meat/fats (and supplements) and stay

away from the veggies? I thought that I read a link on her site that talked

about the first week, but I couldn't find it once I went back on.

+++Hi Alyssa. Welcome to our wonderful group!

That's wonderful you've been reading and learning. All of your symptoms are

evidence of your poor health so this program will help you, since it is an

overall healing program that improves most health issues, as well as curing

candida.

Since you have little sores in your stomach you shouldn't take HCl.

I doubt that your bile production has increased, however a sick digestive system

can reverse the movement of the small intestines so that bile can back up into

your stomach.

Also a sick stomach can produce acid when it isn't supposed to, when there is no

food in it. When you get an upset stomach take 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda in

4-5 ounces of non-chlorinated water and sip it until your symptoms subside.

Also deep breathing exercises can help when your stomach is upset:

No, you don't need to avoid veggies, and you must go on this program gradually

or you can get constipated. Ensure you follow the instructions in Curing

Candida, How to Get Started:

If you haven't read the complete candida article, here it is:

All the best, Bee

Hi Silvia,

I`ve had endoscopy several times and never been put to sleep. I`ve only had my

throat sprayed with medicine which is suppoused to be easing discomfort.

Endoscopy doesn`t hurt and it`s rather short test, so I don`t know why would

they want to put you to sleep.

Take care,

Patie

It is difficult to do an endoscopic exam without numbing the throat b/c it

triggers the gag reflex and you certainly do not want to gag and throw up.

You can ask to hold a suction wand and suction your mouth/throat during the

procedure to prevent any aspirations.
