Guest guest
Dear All, I know that the topic of the question that follows has been discussed many times, but I can't find the messages that address it. Why is it that some vegetables are off-list since it seems to be the case that it is the total count of carbs that matters? Thanks a lot in advance, Helene

All carbs (plant foods) feed candida, however it is impractical and unnecessary to eliminate all of them, if you only consume the kinds of carbs on my food list, and in addition keep your total carb count is low, your good fats high, etc. according to your calculated ratios.
