Omega 3 with soy derivatives?

When you ask about product would you please give the link?

I looked it up and that product contains fish (sardines, anchovies, mackerel)

and soy derivatives, so the EPA and DHA are mainly from the fish and not from

soy. Soy is listed last so there's very little in it.

You could take it in the meantime, but you must also take enough vitamins A and

D along with it since they all work together.

If you don't have separate vitamins A+D it would be best not to take it and

return the product, and wait until you get the correct cod liver oil plus

vitamin A and D as I recommend on this iHerb page:
