Guest guest
Hi Bee, Ive been on the program for a few weeks and for the last few days I've been having the urge to urinate even after Ive gone, and today its more pronounced than it has been. Im wondering what to do, because if I go to the doctor and really do have a Urinary tract infection, he may want to put me on antibiotics. Whats your advice if you please? Thanks so much. First, if you've ever had UTI in the past, or any symptoms that are similar, during healing your body will be retracing them just like it does all past symptoms, illnesses, injuries, etc. - see this article to understand: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php Second, when your body is detoxifying itself it does increase fluids along with toxins being eliminated through the kidneys. Third, consuming foods or drinks that are diuretic, meaning they make your body get rid of water along with important minerals, you will feel the urge to urinate more often, i.e. green drinks, foods and herbs (includes green leafy vegetables), caffeine (coffee, chocolate, etc.), tea, too much baking soda, and even fruit which produces uric acid that your kidneys have to get rid of. All the best, Bee
