You should gradually get your son completely on this program and then start to

slowly lower his medications. Ensure you follow Curing Candida, How to Get

Started, in addition to Candida Treatments for Babies & Children that Nan

referred to you.

Like Nan wrote while his body is healing it will also retrace all past episodes

with his respiratory system. But after he is on this program you can be assured

that when he gets symptoms it is because of retracing and not because he is

getting worse.

When he starts breathing heavy run the shower until it steams up the bathroom,

turn it off (be sure not to burn yourself), and sit with him in the room and get

him to do deep breathing exercises (do them together).

Please ensure all sources of soy are eliminated too, so that means not giving

him any processed foods - here's one lady whose asthma stopped when she

eliminated soy:

thanks Nan. I feel torn to put my 2 year old on this program. I will

read the messages and see. He is right now gluten and dairy free.

Hi Thereasa, you really must consider seriously putting your son on the program.

My daughter started to get asthmatic at about three and in the last 8 years we

tried what felt like everything. First we tried keeping her away from allergens

as much as possible, steam cleaning the house, airing the bedding, every day,

using special air filters and dehumidifiers, avoiding animals etc. In our

concern to get her off medication we spent three years with a homeopath, we then

tried a renouned immunologist who tried to desensitise her allergies with a

process called EPD. Next an enviromental medecine specalist who gave her a huge

supplement regieme. We tried lots of diets; gluten and caseine free diet, grain

free, SCD diet, GAPs diet, low oxylate diet etc etc. Imagine how awful this was

for our family and my poor child! All these experiences, mistakes and blind

alleys taught us much of what Bee has on this program, that is why I am very

passionate about it and keen that other familys don't have to learn the hard way

like we did. My daughter's asthma became very severe and life threatening and

yes, watching her struggle to breath was horrific, you have my heartfelt

sympathy. She graduly developed many other horrendous symptoms too, you can look

up my past posts if you are interested. In the meantime if there is anything

I feel for you and I sooo appreciate your sharing. I have been

doing this diet for a few months now for myself and was on SCD for two

years before this. I definitely know all about restrictions and feel

changing diets are worth the effort. I am sooo sad though to see my son

on this diet as I have a 6 year old daughter who is fine and if he sees

her eating fruit and can't have it, it will be horrible for him. For

myself and I am so grateful to have found this diet which has helped me

so much. I just wish I would feel the same for my 2 year old son. I

just know he will be so unhappy not having the things he loves such as

fruit and pretzels. I will give serious consideration about this and

see how he progesses out of this sickness he has now which I had to do

steriods and the nebulizer.

Hi Theresa,

I'm wondering if you might consider putting the entire family (including your 6

year old daughter) on Bee's diet. That way your 2 year won't feel left out.

This diet is helpful to everyone and although your daughter is healthy now, it

never hurts to instill healthy eating habits in children. Just a thought. )
