By the way, flu vaccines are NOT recommended for us....

I have never gotten one, nor will I ever consider it.

Patty,

And yet if I don't get a flu vaccine, I am deathly ill

with the flu. I had 2 yrs where I didn't get the flu

vaccine, and I paid dearly. Now I absolutely get it

every yr, and every yr when I get it, I never get the

flu, nor do I notice any adverse effects related to my

other health problems. And actually, my rheumy told me

that I SHOULD get it and by not getting it, I am putting

myself at risk for more health problems.

Go figure......
