Guest guest
Found an interesting article on beef. Next time you see beef that is bright red/off color-- makes you wonder if it has been injected with gas/chemicals. I also read that on some non-organic farms the cows could be drinking water that is contaminated right before their slaughtering--Increasing the possibility of more residues in the meat? It might be difficult to trust some companies and their procedures? www.motherearthnews.com/Sustainable-Farming/2008-02-01/What-You-Need-to-Know-Abo\ ut-the-Beef-You-Eat.aspx

Other stores may not do it, so it is best to check with them. That link doesn't work, but that's okay since I cannot trust all of their information. For one, they claim eating meat causes mad cow disease, which is totally false. Instead, mad cow is caused by a severe mineral imbalance that no one could possibly catch from eating meat - see: https://www.westonaprice.org/farm-a-ranch/272-animal-pharm.html If cows are drinking that kind of water before slaughter, it wouldn't have had time to affect their meat and fat in any way.
