Patty,

I am really really glad to hear that your doing better finally, I

hope that it lasts and that you will finally get rid of the awful

brain fog. I think there is still hope for us all, and when I look

back at how awful I felt when I still had my implants I know that I

took the right advise and did the right thing for my health by

removing them. I am also blessed that my husband is so supportive and

loving and how he tells me my breasts are beautiful and all

that ...it means alot. I realize my breasts will never be huge or

voluptuous but they are small and fit the rest of me, and these new

gel bras are great, even better than the waterbras these things

bounce like real boobs are look so great under tight slinky tops. I

feel fantastic about how I look in them.

I am back on the supplements and will give them a good go again

before I take a break from them. I really want to try the NADH but I

haven't been able to find it around here yet.

Well, just wanted to say that I think it is great all the hard work

you have put into this site and how much I look forward to reading

these posts everyday.

Love

wrapping each clove or half a large clove in wad of bread and chewing

also eat it occasionally with plain chicken breasts, clove by clove.

I never would have thought of it, except I read that is how the

Greeks eat garlic sometimes. I can easily eat 6 or more cloves in

one sitting.

of embarrasment!!

Hi Patty,

Have you tried cookin the garlic pods in a light white wine sauce? My son has a marvelous recipe for cooking the complete pods in some kind of light wine, which is wonderful, as you don't get the "social affects", etc. However, I wonder if any of the beneficial aspects are destroyed in cooking them!

Blessings,

Hi Ladies,

Just wanted to share with you that I have been feeling really, really good.

I have been doing my intramuscular B12 shots every other day, as well as eating alot of garlic. : ) I think the B12 shots were one of my missing links where the brain fog is concerned. I should have been doing these much, much more regularly, especially with the diagnosis of macrocytosis, which my doctor NEVER discussed with me.

I've found a way to actually EAT alot of raw garlic, and I have found myself craving it all the time now. I know garlic is a wonder herb, but I have always had a hard time getting it in ways other than in spaghetti sauce or other foods as a seasoning. Patty I'm so happy you are doing well. There are actually 2 things you can do to minimize or eliminate the garlic odor. You can chop your garlic up very fine and wash it down with a glass of water without chewing it as that is what releases the odor or you can buy Breath Assure which is a parsley and oil capsule that works wonders for your breath. You might try both. Just a thought. Good luck!
