hi group, my exercise routine has me feeling 'bloated' and i wanted to know if i

should cut back on my sea salt or if this water retention means that i need more

water. i feel amazing from the diet and exercise except for this nagging bloat.

any help would be appreciated!

Hi !

Not sure if this will apply to you, but I know when I am doing a particularly

heavy detox, I get water retention - my whole body swells up. I read somewhere I

think in Bee's writting that it is not so unusual, as it is one way the body

gets toxins away from your organs, and out to the periphery of your body, until

it can eliminate it all as it is able. Exercise is going to release toxins from

your cells, and your body has to figure out where to put it until it can dispose

of it properly.

I hope, mods,I gave the right answer, I just go through the edema thing quite a

bit myself.

+++Hi ,

Exercise mobilizes toxins which can cause the symptoms you are getting, so

overdoing exercise isn't helpful.

Instead, just allow the program to detoxify your body the way it sees fit rather

than pushing it. Don't cut back on sea salt since it isn't causing your

symptoms.

Instead, do mild exercises like dry skin brushing, walking, etc.
