Guest guest
Hi, I have fibromyalgia and severe disc problems. Also, recently I have severe pelvic pain from early morning and find it very difficult to get up in the morning due to fatigue. I recently started on the Candida diet, about a month ago. The difficulty is that I am seem to be in more pain and am feeling sick. I have read about the die-offs and as one member wrote, I'm wondering if it is worth it. Am I suffering die-offs? How long does this last? The main problem with the diet is trying to follow it to the letter. I can't afford organic meats, although I am buying organic eggs, spices and veg. Would halal meats be a reasonable alternative? I live in France and am unemployed for the moment and am finding it difficult to find the correct vitamins. Will there be an improvement if I can only do it this way? Amazingly enough, I have been able to stop alcohol, smoking, eating sweet products, which I consumed a lot of. I am 51 and have been sick for a long time and have more or less given up,(don't get out of bed, socialise), believing that I will be in pain for ever. Even though I still feel sick I would like to believe that it will work. If anyone out there is in the same situation and their health has improved or have any suggestions, I could be so grateful. Thanks Bee for the fantastic information on your site. For the first time, and after trying so many diets, you inspire me.
