Do you think my flush took place in my feet and hands has to do with that?(Considering that most flushes usually occur in the neck/face area..?) > > Also, after that 1st flush I had none for 2 days now...Is this normal? > > Finally, are we allowed to eat prosciutto? If so, any particual type to look for? +++Hi , A niacin flush can happen anywhere in the body, and where is very individual which can change too. It opens up all of the blood vessels, even the tiny capillaries in the hand and feet, so it is increasing the blood flow. Yes it is normal not to have any flushes for days. Prosciutto is a processed meat so it isn't okay. Cheers, Bee
Guest guest
Hi , How long have you been on the diet? I've been on the diet for 5 months and haven't had a flush yet. I understand it's an individual thing and it's occurance depends on your bodies readiness to release toxins. So I'm waiting patiently....;-) Gail (curlygirl) > > > > Hi Bee!! > > > > 2 days ago I had my very first niacin flush. Guest guest
Thank you Bee! It's now been 3 days without a niacin flush so still waiting for my next one . Â My hands are starting to clear up a bit. Still lots of inflammation and extreme burning sensation, but the skin itches less, so I'm hanging in there! Â thank you for your continuous support! That's wonderful your hands are better, and your itching is less. That's progress! All the best, Bee
