NADH stands for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, also

called coenzyme 1. It is a substance our bodies need to

convert food into energy. It has also been found to

have 4 other functions: 1)cell regulation and DNA

repair; 2)enhancement of the immune system by increasing

the effectiveness of WBC function; 3)it destroys free

radicals; and 4)it increases the production of

adrenaline and dopamine which are necessary to stimulate

strength, movement, coordination, alertness, cognitive

functions, mood, sex drive, and growth hormone

secretions.

Dr. Birkmayer has done a large study on NADH and how it

has been found to be beneficial to sufferers of CFS. He

has written a text (I'm not sure if this means a book or

simply the results of the study) " The Energizing

Coenzyme. " Apparently the study he did at town

University Medical Center indicated that it had enough

benefit where the FDA approved NADH for evaluation as a

medical treatment.

I did find it on vitamin shoppe.com too but haven't ordered it yet. I

am feeling pretty good again, today I worked out and did light

weights and lots of stretching in between and felt pretty good. I am

getting over a nasty sore throat. I talked to Dr Blais office today

and they told me all saline implants have defective valves and they

all allow fluid to go back and forth in the body creating many

problems. I know everyone here already knows this stuff, it just

really freaks me out that these things are being put in women and

they must know this is happening. How can this be? I don't get it at

all. It just seems so disgusting that the FDA approved something that

can ruin your health like this. I am more sure than ever now that I

am suffering some kind of infection with some kind of bugs from my

implants. I do feel I will recover eventually but I am angry at the

manufacturers of these implants that are making all this money off of

women who just want to be beautiful and look like all the models and

actresses and women on tv and in magazines. I am beginning to realize

also that allot of these women we think have implants are wearing

falsies and gel bras etc. If anyone saw the movie Miss congeniality

you know what I am talking about. We are all being fooled into

thinking everyone in hollywood has perfect breasts when in fact I

think allot of the women we see may have implants, but allot of them

in fact are wearing prosthetic type devices as well. ARG...can you

tell I am angry today.

e are you taking the NADH? well I will probably go ahead and

order some and also I am going to get some more MSM etc....

The reason I recommended immunesupport was that the

study exclusively used the NADH from them. No other

NADH has been studied other than the ENADA NADH. And

this site deals only with people who have FMS/CFS, so

all their products are geared towards us. And very few

of them contain silica or silicon dioxide.

I don't know why women would want to look like they have

bigger breasts, period. Even after my explant, while I

like the results, I still feel that my breasts are too

big. I'm starting a diet, so I hope that I lose some

weight in my breasts. I am always wearing big, baggy

shirts to hide my breasts. And I'm always looking for

bras in 's Secret that might " smush " them down.

And everything they have is padded, or lightly padded,

or push up or whatever. It makes me want to puke!!

No, I am not taking the NADH because one of the rx meds

I'm now could potentially interact with it. But if I

get off the rx med, I do plan to try it, as everything

I've read about NADH is incredible. So, if you get it,

you'll have to let us all know. And remember, it may

take up to 4-6 wks to begin working, so don't give up!!

Take care,

Well I don't know how you ended up with too big of breasts after

explant, I am curious, did you gain allot of weight since then. What

made you get implants in the first place if you didn't like big

breasts? I know I only got them to fill out the sag I had after

gaining and loosing allot of weight and of course after having a

baby. Anyhow, I just like being proportioned and filling out my

clothes. I am pretty small, at 5'3 " and 125 pounds(that is 5 pounds

more than I like to be " sigh " )but am only an A cup and really liked

being a nice C cup. I do think my implants looked nice, but def not

worth what they did to my health.

Thankyou for the advise about the website, I will probably order some

from them. You mentioned being on rx meds that might interact, I am

curious what these might be as I take some rx meds myself. Let me

know. I appreciate your help and knowledge in these areas thanks so

much.
