I agree 100% a ribbon is need in particular for JA. The Juvenile Diabetes

Foundation does much for children and adults get diabetes too but the kids get

their own recognition and this must happen with JA as well. Several years ago

FACES tried the ribbon routine and we were not met with much acceptance. At an

AJAO we did bring up the idea and even had made hundreds of blue and yellow

ribbons (some of you may still have one). The idea remained pretty local but the

AJAO seemed ok with what we had done. I am not sure why the AF/ AJAO does not

jump on this. Has anyone spoke to Bitner regarding this matter????Just

wondering...hugs!
