The gal at the Arhtritis Foundation called me this afternoon and told me that one of the local TV stations here in Minneapolis is covering the JAM walk on Saturday and the reporter wanted to " pitch an idea " to her bosses 1st thing in the morning and if it all pans out she wants to come to the house tomorrow and do a story on !!! Yikes, I can't think straight...what will I say??? I have no idea!!! If all goes well the reporter will call me personally tomorrow to set up a time ( between 10.00am and 2.00pm) I will, of course, have to take Nick out of school for a few hours, but im sure that will be ok. All I can think of is, what will I say, my house is a MESS and how can I lose 70lbs by the morning!!! wait, make that 80lbs, Ive heard the TV puts 10lbs on you!!! Please cross your fingers that I don't come across as a blundering idiot and we can spread awareness for JRA.
