Guest guest
, I never really thought much of this until your post. Aundrea was also taking high doses of Naprosyn. A couple of times she complained of severe sharp pains in her chest area. She had to sit up in bed and curl over to breathe. Not long after this we took her off of the naproxyn due to severe tummy upset and dizziness. She has never had a problem again with the chest pain.-- I guess we are learning there really are no " SAFE DRUGS " . The NIH was conducting a study with naprosyn and Celebrex and the effects with Alzheimer's patients. The study just got cancelled because of an increased risk of heart and cerebral problems. The FDA says that people should not exceed the recommended doses of naprosyn or take it longer for ten days. n has been taking it for five years, but she has developed chest pain this year that no one can explain.
