Hello! I wouldn't get too excited about the ribbon just yet. It's

mostly a grass roots effort right now. I found out about it on the

Arthritis Foundation's parenting message board. People there started

talking about wanting one and debating what color(s) it should be.

They came up with the gray/aqua combo because gray is already used

for children with disabilities and aqua was the avaliable color

everyone agreed on. Unfortunately there's been some talk about the

AF not wanting our kids recognized separately!?

At any rate, some of the parents have been buying ribbon and making

pins to pass out at different JA gatherings. There is also a father

that is doing car magnets so if anyone is interested in that I would

go check out the AF Parenting board. His name is , maybe if

he's on this list he'll chime in?

I just took the idea and ran with it by making ribbon graphics for

use on web pages and starting a WebRing. You can find the graphics
