I have recovered!!!!

Hey all,

As many of you know I have been battling a painful sinus infection

for about 6 weeks. I want to thank all of you that offered me

suggestions and well wishes. Believe me I tried everything that was

suggested.

Anyway, yesterday afternoon I was absolutely miserable and

frustrated. My husband, who is a soon to be chiropractor felt a big

lump on the back of my neck, so he worked with me for awhile and

gave me an adjustment. Later that afternoon, the pressure in my

sinuses was getting so bad that it was becoming painful to talk. I

decided to try hanging upside down from couch and pushing on my

sinuses. Low and behold something broke free.

I will try and spare the sensitive stomach folks the details but

there was some type of encapsulated membrane tissue or plug that

actually came out of my nose. This was disgusting and I nearly

passed out. But as soon as this plug came out I could breathe for

the first time in over a month.

I haven't been getting more than two to three hours of sleep in a

night for weeks now. Last night I slept a full 8 hours and I feel

so wonderful today.

I am so grateful to all of you that offered me suggestions regarding

this problem. You are such a wonderful group!

God Bless,
