Guest guest
I think that I have at times been frustrated with all the groups that I belong to , and its probably my own expectations that have disappointed me! I used to get really annoyed that no one replied and said that they looked at my suggestions! I guess the answer to that is, it was their choice anyway! Now I think that there are many variables with this gallbladder and liver cleansing. I must say I am surprised that you have done so many cleanses, and its taken a fair time for you to get clear with your stones, even on your particular diet. It just goes to show how bunged up we can be. I think you make a good point about changing the diet , and not just thinking you can cleanse and eat with impunity. I have read that when the liver is well on its way to being clean, that food cravings should completely go, and lets not forget alot of peopl'e eating problems are in fact emotional in nature, and it takes more than a really clean body to sort that out! Cleansing the liver at any rate will brinmg supressed emotions out, as will all forms of serious cleansing. A really good book, is THE AMAZING LIVER CLEANSE BY ANDREAS MORITZ , and I make no apologies for putting this to the group at regular intervals as there are always new members anyways! Also www.sensiblehealth.com is a very good site to view. People do tend to still think that all the answers will come via a group, and not everyone is prepared to search out information via a search engine, but I mean no critisism here as perhaps some people do not have the time anyway/ Happy Christmas to all ANNE
