Guest guest Posted April 30, 2001 Report Share Posted April 30, 2001 Well I was doing great and feeling so clear headed and even braved buying a bikini yesterday so I could take my daughter and neice swimming and I laid out in the sun and now today I am really achey and my head is a bit screwy and I am wondering if anyone else experiences this when they are in the sun for a prolonged period of time? I guess I should probably try avoiding the sun with the ANA being so high. Well any advise ladies?
