Guest guest
This time the probe went so much better then last time. I definitely think me being sick with a kidney infection last time messed me up. So I got there today and I met a new lady who was going to place it.. Glen said that he didnt have the heart to put me through it again. So let me pick which nostril I wanted it up placed it and literally I am doing perfectly fine.. I'm placing the pictures on my web later of me with the tube on my webpage if anyone wants to check it out.. Anyway thanks for the prayers.. I am feeling good...even ate without vomiting.. now I'm just waiting for my pancakes to be done. We are calling the rheumi either today and tomorrow to discuss the next step with this flare.. we were thinking maybe trying remiciade but I dont know I guess we'll find out.. Guest guest
hi Teenu,1. yes CPITN probe introduced by WHO hence also called WHO probe used in periodontalepidemiology.basic CPITN (community periodontal index of tratment needs)probe has black color code starting at 3.5 mm and ending at 5.5 mm tomeasure pocket depth - this is CPITN-E epidemiologocal probe.2.Variant of basic probe has two additional lines at 8.5 and 11.5 mm from working tip. These additional lines are useful in performing detailed :assessment and recording of pocket depth for preparing treatment plan for complex peridontal therapy-this is CPITN-C clinical probe.I think even BPE (Basic Periodontal Examination) probe is same as CPITN -E Probe.Correct me if am wrong.
