Guest guest
I enjoyed reading the article in the March/April issue of " Kids get Arthritis too " which focused on the experience of Liz and her family during the diagnostic period of her daughter's JRA. The quote from Dr. Szer regarding a " grieving process that all parents experience " made me feel like I wasn't alone. I definetly have experienced this feeling, I think I still am dealing with it...anger, sadness and even a little denial at times. I truly enjoyed the article and could relate since my son has been recently diagnosed. Liz, thanks for doing the article.
Guest guest
Call the Arthritis Foundation or go to its web site. You can get a prescription. It's free. Diane (, 4, pauci)

Guest guest
Donna, The national office of AF should be able to send you a copy. Your local chapter might also have some available. Liz Re: Nice Article Liz! Liz, I get Arthritis Today but not KGAT. How might I see the article? Donna
Guest guest
Hi, 's last rheumatology appt had to be re-scheduled. The doctor will be flying over next on April 2nd. Their previous nurse, Kathy, used to bring along copies of the magazine to give to parents, at our monthly JRA clinics. Hopefully the new nurse will do the same and we'll be able to read the article about and family. I'm looking forward to it! Thanks for all you do, Liz.
