Yea, I thought it was awfully cute, theres nothing more serene than a sleeping child. Only problem is hes in the chair next to me here and i hate to distrub him to get him ready for bed and up to his room. Glad you enjoyed the pic.

Hello Helen, my name is Janice. I couldnt help but notice the photo of your son Nick and how he reminded me of my son Eli. I live in New Zealand. Is he your child with arthritis?? Eli is JRA systemic age 8. Eli is dark haired just like your son. If i can come up with a photo i'll post it. Regards Janice Neame

Hi Janice,

yes is my child with JRA, he too is Systemic, he was dx last year and is 6. I would love to see a picture of your little boy...Do you have a lot of support in New Zealand?? are the treatments plans the same as in the States???

The bear is not a beanie baby, but its just like one.. its white with a blue bow and a blue triangle on its chest. It is from the Arthritis Foundation. I know you can buy them online at the Arthritis Foundation. His name is "Riggin bear" he is kinda cute and has not put his down yet. Hes laying down watchign a movie today and the bear is laying on Nicks chest and Nicks arms are wrapped around it.
