HI Becki:

It certainly sounds promising. When I looked up the article it mentioned

something called: macrophage activation syndrome and I didn't know what that

meant. Have you ever heard of it? Georgina have you heard of it? Quite

frankly it scared the heck out of me. It has left me with a sick feeling in my

stomach. Here is the address if anyone wants to read it and/or respond about

it.

Maybe someone had make it into layman's terms for me.

Hi Patty,

You have good reason to be scared.MAS is considered a 4 letter word to us systemic moms.It is the 1 thing we fear most.

Thre are some on this list whos child has had MAS and survived while others have lost their child.I'm not good at explaining it so hopefuly Georgina will find a good site and send it to us.

Patty,

This was the newest article on MRA for SoJRA I could find.An ACR 70 is as

good as it gets besided clinical remission.Infection rates were high but

thety don't mention what kind of infections and the study was very small.
