Guest guest
Hi e: Please accept my sympathies on the passing of your grandmother. What a shame to come home and find your daughter in such severe pain. I do hope that nothing was torn. It is frustrating when we are trying to get our children help and doctors/offices don't seem to get the picture (makes me want to reach into the phone and shake them!). We, of course, want it done NOW and they just can't understand that. I know sometimes they are full, but couldn't they stay a little late to squeeze in a child. Congrats to your daughter that she faced her fear of needles and gave herself an injection. Koudos for her:) I have an 11 year old who just started daily injections and I wonder if she will ever get to that point. I know you have a brave daughter there:) I understand your feeling of being overwhelmed. Just take it one day at a time. Things will get done when you are able to. Hang in there. Take care. Guest guest
Patty, I so agree about the not being able to get in. He said she needs to be seen but then they can't work her in. Going to the ped wouldn't help at all. I'm not sure if she may have torn something. She is in so much pain that I don't know how we would tell the difference. We have seen two different orthopedics and not been impressed with either one. I don't know. I guess we will have to see how she feel after more days of prednisone. This is day 3 so far with little improvement. Her rheumy is out of town until the 29th. We'll just keep a prayer in our heart and hope for better days ahead. Thanks for the thoughts. e > Hi e: > > Please accept my sympathies on the passing of your grandmother. > > What a shame to come home and find your daughter in such severe pain.
