Yet another update..I have just returned from the hospital and Rusty is doing quite well. He was talking (and in good spirits) and eating while we were there and docs say he will be there about 3 days. The extent of damage done to the heart is not yet conclusive as tests are still out. The repairs (roto rooter-ing as he calls it) were done with no problems and Rusty said he felt better. Til next time...hugs to all and thanks for all your toughts and prayers...Donna

Hi Donna,

Thanks so much for taking the time to share these updates with us. I was really shocked when I saw that first message. made a lasting impression on many of us, even those of us very far away, for his kindness and compassion, his outspoken-ness, his unique sense of humor. He's always there when we've needed him. A true friend, on list or off. Josh and Kayla and myself are sending

our warmest wishes. Please let him know that he's in our thoughts and we'll

be very excited to hear that he's starting to feel better...

With Love and Aloha,

Georgina

As of now is in the ICU unit which means he has no phone. With all the new Hippa rules it is almost impossible to find anything out by calling the hospital unless you are on the contact list. I promise I will keep everyone updated with any and all news that I learn. I will be returning to the hospital this evening and will email the list when I get home. If anyone

would like to send cards they may be sent to the Hospital:

Hi, Amy. Just going through my emails today. It seems Uncle Rusty had a

heart attack - seems to be mild. He seems to be doing ok. Hopefully, he

will be out of the hospital soon and can give us all his own update.

Hugs and prayers to Uncle Rusty from your driving buddy and mom

Michele!
