Hi Patty

I have been a member of the Saline Support Group for almost a year

now I think. I dont post that often, but want you to know that Im

very thankful for all the time an effort that you and the other Women

in this Group do. You are All Awesome.

I am a Saline Survivor, diagonosed with M.S. type symptoms in

1993, Fybromyliga in 1994 and had a explanted in 1994 and slowly

improving.. I live in Northern CA. And have been following your post

about the Court Date you had in Nevada on the 26th of April? You might

have told us, but I have been down the last 2 weeks, and might have

missed it if you did. How did it go? Curious to know if the women

that are already on the MDL Settlement (such as myself) can

participate in the new class action that you were talking about with

McGahn? Also curious to know because a couple of years back I got a

portion of the MDL Settlement and thought that the portion I received,

was from the other implant companies such as McGahn, 3M, Baxter, etc.

And what we are waiting on now is from Dow.

Hi Debe,

The latest update is that there might be a senate hearing next. We Nevada

ladies have had to write our State Legislators in the hopes of having the

full support of the Senate and the Governor for a special bill to extend or

eliminate the statute of limitations on silicone induced illness. The

session ends June 4th, so we need to make sure something happens by then. I

will keep you posted if I hear anything more!
