Patty,

I wanted to forward this email to you because I saw that you were taking

probiotics with FOS and thought you might be interested in reading the info

below. Originally I had heard good things about the FOS but later read it

wasn't a good idea if you are possibly struggling with symptoms of candida.

This is from one of the knowledgeable men that are on the yeast list I

Thanks Jackie!

I have taken a break from my supplements this week. I am fasting, and doing

some internal cleansing. Thanks for the info!
