I copied the Law from the Net below. So following the law of science, if the blurry eyes I've been getting are toxin related and not a low blood sugar reaction....then taking a blood sugar pill would have done nothing to improve my eye's blurriness? Perhaps, the reaction with the sugar pill was only coincidental to the detoxification process you may have been just recovering from. The low blood sugar can also be related to your Candida issue. This is like when someone is hypoglycemic / low blood sugar and they take a sugar pill and it temporarily relieves the symptom not the cause. However, to get that short bit of relief, they add more poison to their body. However, their symptoms will resurface, since the cause was never addressed. This is similar to conventional medicines. The body has to do a lot of work to utilize it & eliminate it, not to mention the body trades off & loses resources. Thus, constantly doing this is very damaging to the body. In regards to that bit from 'Wiki', I can unequivocally assure you, that is NOT applicable to SUGAR ! Sugar is not a medicine that plays nice with the body its a poison. You want science, okay research 'AGEs' Which is an acronym for advanced glycation end products. Glycation is synonymous with Sugar! See link below. Studies have been done all over the place. This is one of many. http://glycob.oxfordjournals.org/content/15/7/16R.abstract If you want to speed up the aging process, increase your potential exponentially for all disease and incorporate a life of suffering ... then by all means, my friend increase your carbohydrates. Need I remind you of this below , as well. 146 Reasons Why Sugar Is Ruining Your Health http://www.healingcancernaturally.com/sugar-health-effects-risks.html Even if I never came across Bee's program, I knew of all the above information and I would never advocate increasing ones carbohydrates regularly or carb loading, which athletes are duped into. I would do the opposite. Whatever you choose is your affair. Although, I can find NO logical reason nor necessity for ongoing carb consumption or to use it as cure for anything . Except acceptable carbs like vegetables, perhaps. Your Friend in Health, Ed group moderator
Guest guest
Not sure if it is recommended in Bee's plan, but my eyes got better when I started taking a vitamin A supplement. I am limited in the number of Vit A rich foods I can eat due to sugars and food allergies. My night blindness went away when I began the supplement. > > > > > > Hi Cassandra, > > > > > > Unfortunately, I have had alot of problems with my eyes since I've been on the diet too. My focus seems to be getting worse and I have a lot of blurred vision which I never had before I started this diet. I experienced immediate relief from blurred vision after taking a sugar pill. I think I may not get enough sugar on this diet? Especially if I have a digestive problem and am not digesting meat appropriately.....but who really knows? > > > > +++Hi Gail, > > > > It is common for people to get eye problems, with blurred vision, eye floaters, spots in front of the eyes, gunk coming out, etc. on this program because their eyes are detoxifying. I detoxified through my eyes for 3 months when I was curing my candida in the 1980s. > > > > Contrary to popular beliefs, your body requires very little glucose. Also 58% of protein and 10% of good fats can be changed by the body into glucose as needed. That's why people like the Eskimos and Masai tribe in Africa are perfectly healthy on all meat and fat diets with no carbs of any kind. > > > > Actually the brain, nervous system and heart are healthier when their energy source is good fats (ketone bodies) rather than glucose. > > > > All the best, Bee > > >
