Hello Bee.

There is Axel. You must remember me in this group. If you not, it's doesn't

matter.

I was on your diet for long 6 months while I felt good. But what evil doesn't

want, I started eat bad. So I was 2 months absolutely from the diet, and felt

strange. I took digestive enzymes so I was good with my stomach even I was away

from the anticandida diet.

By the way I fully quit smoking. I didn't (and don't) take any medicaments

except vitamins and sometimes I do sport.

In September I ate better but still bad. I can't eat sugar at all because I have

temperature from it - what is of course good for me. But I still ate (and eat)

flour. I don't know how I can stop it. I really like onions and some vegetables,

but I use flour and eat it with butter.

What is next problem. I read now that butter is not so healthly like you think.

I can't eat coconut oil because here is seven times more expensive than butter.

I read on wikipedia that butter contains just trases of vitamins and now I don't

know what is so healing in it. I would like to know what you think. Please

answer me, because I don't speak english so good, and I think that you recommend

rather butter oil.

I will go to the doctor who should heal candida here in Czech republic tomorrow.

So I hope will be succesfull with him. Tomorrow he should say what is good to

eat and what is not. I'm really curious if it will be to same like your diet.

If I wolln't lucky I will go back to your website (and diet).

Thank you for support.

Axel girl
