Legs jumpy: calcium, magnesium issue?

Bee's article states:

" If you get muscle cramps, first increase magnesium by 100-150 mg. If that

doesn't help, lower calcium by 100-150 mg. Ensure you are also taking

vitamin D as recommended - listed under " Vitamins A, D & Omega 3 Daily

Amounts " below. Don't expect the cramps to go away in a couple of days,

since it can take 5 days or longer for your body to adjust to changes in the

amounts. "

I'm currently having 2 cups of bone broth/day and take just 200mg each of

magnesium and calcium. Last night, my right leg got all jumpy, not really

crampy, but hoppy, and kept me awake.

Would it be recommended to increase magnesium or decrease calcium first?

Just a note that since I'm the one asking about drinking Reverse Osmosis, I

am not drinking RO water. We have a faucet direct from our well that is

" untreated " and I am filtering it thru a Brita filter.
