Sometimes I can't get myself to relax and calm down. My body gets over stressed sometimes. Now that the surgery is done i'm trying to put even thing into a different perspective. I am trying to be a happier person and laugh and enjoy life more. I feel if I do that I will get better to. Thanks Caren
Guest guest
Hi Caren, You are right about the adrenals and stress...did you look at the adrenal vs. thyroid chart I posted? Hormones definitely play a part, and the resulting menstrual difficulties too. The symptoms you have are all ones that I have experienced and heard of from other women. Kristi on the MTV program had alot of trouble with panic attacks. I had the cold hands and feet. I did alot of conjecturing about what has been wrong with me, but I keep coming back to the same bottom line....supplements and good food with a detoxing regimen. It will take some time until your body will calm down after your explant surgery, so don't get too stressed out about that. Just take it real easy and give yourself time to relax and enjoy life when you can. Take your epsom salt baths and get some massages, and try some herbs for adrenal support. The two that I know of for sure are Siberian gingseng and Schizandra berries. If you do decide to take them, be sure to take them regularly.
