Guest guest
Well I was thinking about something this morning as I put juice of a lemon into my big bottle of water that I take to the gym with me. How come you don't recommend to heat the lemon juice first since that would break down the cell walls? Am I getting anything (absorbing the vitamin c or the other healing properties) out of putting this lemon into my water? And if I react to it but my reactions have decreased then it can't be the fructose. So my healing reactions have decreased because it has helped my body detox. And its not because my candida has gotten better because I have gone up and down with my symptoms from that. But my reactions to lemons keep decreasing. So my body has to be getting something good out these lemons. What you think Bee? Danny
Guest guest
Your welcome Bee and thanks for the reply. So am I really not getting anything out of the lemon that I put in my water? Guest guest
Hi Bee, It was precisely for this reason, that we gave up electrolyte, which had definately been slowing our progress because coming off definately brought on some strong healing reactions. We found we had been using it unconsciously to lessen stong healing and detox reactions, drinking it mainly around meals but also when we needed a 'lift'. It was obviously working in our case in its feeding candida capacity! We are severe candida sufferers mindyou so perhaps most people can break it down OK and get to the fructose themselves before the candida does! All the very best > > > > Your welcome Bee and thanks for the reply. Guest guest
April, I have opted to leave out the lemon. I put lemon on my eggshell calcium and didn't want to over do it. I think the salt water tastes good. Dawn > > > > > > Are lemons in this recipe to help with electrolytes or is it just for > > flavouring? If it's for flavour, then I can use less lemon or none. Guest guest
Hi , Thank you, it helps to know the only ingredient there necessary for electrolytes is the salt. I just made some with ginger instead of lemon and it's delicious.
