Guest guest
A couple of questions on making and taking egg shell calcium: I take my calcium & magnesium supplements with my first meal as that is the only meal I do not have bone broth. In the egg shell calcium instructions, it says to start 3 hrs prior to taking it. (and to take it with food). Will it matter if I take the egg shell calcium & magnesium supplements at the same meal as I have my bone broth as I won't be able to start the egg shell calcium 3 hrs before my first meal... Also, I see that it needs to be dissolved in lemon juice. Because of what Bee has said lately about lemons (causing weight gain), I've opted not to have the electrolyte drink and I would think the lemon juice in egg shell calcium would be the same as lemon juice in the electrolyte drink... So if I don't want the lemon juice, am I out of luck to use my own home grown egg shells to make calcium? Thanks!
